- Sales and Client Acquisition: Agents are responsible for expanding their client base through referrals, networking, and outreach efforts. This aspect of the role involves proactive engagement to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ongoing Client Support and Service: Beyond initial sales, agents offer continuous support to clients, addressing inquiries, assisting with policy updates, and ensuring that the financial solutions remain aligned with clients\' evolving needs.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership Development: Agents have opportunities to mentor and lead new recruits, contributing to team growth and development. Some agents progress to managerial roles, overseeing teams and driving business expansion.
