Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Insurance Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance, while building strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing coverage needs are met. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in selecting the right insurance policies based on their needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance requirements.
  • Provide detailed information on coverage options, policy terms, and pricing.
  • Process and manage insurance applications, renewals, and claims.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulations to provide accurate advice.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and offer additional services.
  • Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, terms, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one, depending on the role).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Detail oriented; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
