Overview
TheHR Supervisor (Organizational Development) plays a key role in driving strategic HR initiatives that support organizational growth, performance, and employee engagement. This position is responsible for leading programs related to organizational structure, change management, employee development, and culture building. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HR with expertise in training, talent management, performance systems, and employee engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage organizational development (OD) strategies that align with company goals
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements in structure, process, and people capabilities
- Lead performance management initiatives including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning
- Oversee training and development programs; assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
- Drive change management initiatives to support business transformation and continuous improvement
- Champion culture-building efforts, including employee engagement, internal communications, and values alignment
- Develop leadership development and succession planning strategies
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and capability building opportunities
- Monitor and report on key OD metrics such as employee engagement, retention, and productivity
- Supervise and coach junior HR or OD specialists as needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of HR experience , with at least 2 years focused on organizational development or learning and development
- Strong knowledge of OD methodologies, employee engagement frameworks, and change management practices
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training, performance systems, and leadership programs
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and project management skills
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to measure and report on OD impact
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools; experience with survey or assessment tools is a plus
- HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, PHR) is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering experience
- Experience in organizational culture initiatives and strategic planning
- Familiarity with competency modeling and succession planning frameworks
- Comfortable working in fast-paced or dynamic environments
