Overview Our client in the BPO space is searching for an executive who will be providing leadership and strategy to its local (PH) accounts. Role profile Can be an experienced Operations Director or currently a VP; he/she should be deeply connected in the local market and carries enough influence to navigate a strongly networked domestic client base. He/she is a hybrid operator who can be hands-on with operations while confidently client-facing; and able to rally teams, drive execution, and do the legwork themselves when needed. Their network and credibility with local stakeholders are critical, given the relationship-driven nature of the market. The role is expected to report directly to the CEO, with a dotted line to the Global EVP of Operations.
