The Accounting Assistant is responsible for supporting warehouse operations with tasks related to inventory control, SAP transactions, and material receiving/issuance, while also assisting with various accounting functions. This role ensures the accurate tracking of materials and financial transactions within the warehouse environment. Responsibilities Perform warehouse transactions for all materials, including receiving and issuance, ensuring accurate and on-time recording in both manual and SAP systems. Conduct regular (monthly) and accurate inventory counts of materials stored in all KPMI warehouses. Provide a monthly reconciliation report comparing actual inventory counts with SAP and manual records. Prepare annual inventory compliance reports for BIR and FS-related transactions. Update records accordingly to maintain accurate stock levels. File and organize warehouse-related documents, ensuring easy access and compliance. Witness scrap hauling activities, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. Assist with assigned accounting tasks, including basic financial reporting and reconciliation. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and procedural guidelines. Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Other tasks may be assigned by the superior. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks. Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
