Overview Talent Acquisition Officer @ TOA Global | Intermediate Bookkeeper (Remote, Philippines) | Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT We are seeking an Intermediate Bookkeeper to join our team, supporting Australian firms with end-to-end bookkeeping. Responsibilities Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), bank and credit card reconciliations Manage payroll, superannuation, and employee entitlements Prepare and lodge BAS/IAS under review Maintain accurate books in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks Support senior bookkeepers and managers with reporting tasks Qualifications 3-4+ years of bookkeeping experience in Australia-focused roles Sound knowledge of GST, payroll, and compliance requirements Experience with Xero and cloud-based add-ons Strong accuracy, timeliness, and organizational skills What's in it for you?
