Position Title: Content Marketing Associate Department: Marketing Reports to: Marketing Manager The Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing creative content that brings the brand’s beauty and fragrance products to life. This role involves hands‑on content creation—from conceptualizing ideas to directing or doing actual shoots—and collaborating with the marketing team and graphic artists to deliver engaging materials for social media, websites, and campaigns. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals and product launches. Conceptualize creative ideas and storytelling approaches for beauty, nail art, and fragrance products. Write engaging copy for social media, campaigns, and product descriptions that reflect the brand’s tone and personality. Ensure all content supports both retail (B2C) and business (B2B) objectives. Photo & Video Production Lead or conduct product photo and video shoots (flat lays, tutorials, lifestyle content, Reels, TikToks). Handle basic shooting and editing when needed; coordinate with the in‑house graphic artist or external creatives for post‑production or large‑scale campaigns. Ensure all visuals maintain the brand’s style, tone, and quality standards. Organize and manage digital asset libraries for content use. Social Media Management Plan, curate, and schedule content calendars for beauty and fragrance brands. Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls‑to‑action that drive engagement. Monitor performance, track trends, and adjust strategies to improve content effectiveness. Collaboration & Campaign Support Work closely with the Marketing Manager and design team for campaign execution. Coordinate with suppliers, models, or influencers for product or lifestyle shoots. Support advertising materials by providing creative direction and content concepts. Assist in generating reports and analyzing metrics for content performance. Brand & Trend Awareness Stay updated with beauty, skincare, fragrance, and lifestyle trends. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance industry). Proven experience handling photo/video content for brands or products. Skills & Competencies Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, CapCut, etc., or other related tools). Knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube). Strong photography and videography skills are a must; creative direction experience is an advantage. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, creative environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
