This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing leader who excels in digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and team leadership—especially within the offshoring or outsourcing sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a global B2B marketing strategy focused on international market expansion. Lead multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid media, email, social) tailored to global audiences. Drive lead generation and demand creation across priority markets (US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, etc.). Oversee content creation including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and thought leadership pieces. Strengthen brand positioning in the offshoring and outsourcing sectors. Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing marketing team. Track performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report results directly to the CEO. Qualifications 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong background in international marketing outreach, digital marketing, and lead generation. Proven experience in content creation and brand development. Experience in offshoring, outsourcing, or professional services is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
