Overview

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pasig for a Business Process Manager. BPM leads focus on discovering and modeling value-driven process requirements within the context of individual projects, with the IT Solution implementation team of SAP S4 HANA focusing on Finance & Controlling Modules and Group Reporting.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of 4-year course preferably in Accountancy or any related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in performing business analysis with a focus on business processes; process certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, BPM or equivalent are preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing full lifecycle finance or ERP projects, including project initiation, execution, and closure.
  • SAP ERP system knowledge.
  • Strong command of SAP FICO functionality and its integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO).
  • Experience in Process Analysis, Process Improvement, and Process Management.
  • Skills in Project Management, Coordination, and Team Collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Management, and Reporting.
