Job Responsibilities

  • Create decision support tools and queues for review with Product Management.

  • Assist the HL Business Management team with budget, forecast, compliance, reporting, and automation needs.
  • Support specific Lines of Business (Secondary Marketing, MSR, Portfolio, Loan Delivery, Remedy, and Pledge) while fostering cross-functional collaboration across all LOBs.
  • Ensure all issues are properly sized, linked, and documented in collaboration with Agility Leads.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

  • Must be able to work well in an environment with defined timelines and delivery schedules
  • Proven working experience in project or product management (minimum 2 years' experience working on or managing collaborative projects in financial services or technology setting)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

What is the role

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing key client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Duties include establishing timelines, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and preparing comprehensive reports for senior leadership.   • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
