Operations Assistant

• Schedule delivery and confirm with delivery time frame and route
• Track driver and coordinate with the client for any variance and audit product delivery and service
provided
• Ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products or services
• Paperwork audit and warranty claim follow-up.
•Assist with the management of daily operations, including coordinating with various departments
to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures to improve operations
• Maintain records of all business activities, including financial records, inventory, and customer
data
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve any issues or concerns
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with the management of vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and
managing delivery schedules
• Provide support to the operations manager and team as needed
• Other duties that may assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year experience in overall Logistics and supporting operations team
• At least 1 year experience in Product Warranties
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of logistics principles, including transportation, inventory
management
• Proficiency in logistics software and technology platforms
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and
manage multiple projects simultaneously
