We are seeking a Cybersecurity & IT Systems Administrator to lead the cybersecurity setup and standards across our group of companies. This role will be the specialist and project lead for cybersecurity initiatives over the next 2–3 years, while also providing IT support where necessary. Reporting to senior leadership, this person will create and enforce policies, deploy and manage security tools, and establish cybersecurity standards for the organization. Key Responsibilities 1. Cybersecurity Leadership (Primary Focus) Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and standards across the group of companies. Deploy, configure, and manage firewalls, endpoint protection, antivirus/EDR, and vulnerability management systems. Establish and maintain cybersecurity controls such as DLP, threat detection, and incident response procedures. Monitor security operations: Continuously review logs, alerts, and threat intelligence from firewalls, endpoint protection, and security tools to detect, analyze, and respond to potential incidents in real time. Manage cybersecurity projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective rollout. Ensure compliance with Philippine cybersecurity and data privacy regulations (RA 10173, NPC, DICT). Provide regular reports on security posture, risks, and remediation to senior management. 2. IT Systems Administration (Secondary Focus) Support IT infrastructure for Oak Drive Venture Inc (servers, endpoints, networking devices, cloud/on-premise systems). Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system reliability. Oversee backups, patch management, and user access control. Manage IT and security asset inventory and vendor relationships. 3. User Awareness & Support Provide training and guidance to employees on cybersecurity best practices. Support group-wide cybersecurity awareness initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 3–5+ years of direct experience in cybersecurity operations, systems administration, and network management. Proven hands-on experience with firewalls (Fortinet or similar), endpoint protection/EDR, antivirus/malware defense, and vulnerability scanning. Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) and network infrastructure. Familiarity with Philippine cybersecurity and data privacy laws. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills. Preferred Certifications (or willingness to pursue) CompTIA Security+ Fortinet NSE 4 or higher CompTIA Network+ Certified Endpoint Security Professional (Seqrite or equivalent) #J-18808-Ljbffr
