Client Our client is a Cebu-based PSE-listed company engaged in electric power generation for both renewable and non‑renewable energy, electric power distribution and retail electricity business. They also ventured into water and infrastructure business. Job Description The Distribution Utility Tariff Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing tariff structures and pricing strategies across our water distribution, bulk water supply, and wastewater treatment services. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and aims to optimize revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction. Tariff Formulation & Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to support tariff applications to regulatory bodies such as the NWRB and LWUA. Regulatory Compliance & Coordination: Collaborate with Regulatory and Industry Affairs (RIA) and other departments to ensure compliance with regulations, and assist in securing tariff approvals. Regulatory Monitoring: Track and interpret changes in regulatory frameworks that may affect tariff structures, ensuring timely adjustments and compliance. Economic & Market Analysis: Evaluate the effects of inflation, operational costs, and capital expenditures on tariffs, and benchmark rates against industry standards. Stakeholder Engagement: Present tariff proposals during regulatory reviews and coordinate with internal teams—finance, operations, and legal—for strategic alignment. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial and operational data to support tariff strategies, and prepare reports and presentations for both management and regulators. Performance Monitoring & Strategy: Monitor tariff performance, track market trends, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize revenues and enhance customer satisfaction.
