We are looking for an Arbitration Associate to join our logistics operations team. This role is responsible for investigating and resolving disputes related to lost or damaged parcels and ensuring accurate, fair decisions are made based on internal standards and documentation. If you have experience in QA/QC or Branch Administration within the logistics industry and prefer a back‑end, analytical role with no customer interaction, this position is a great fit for you. Key Responsibilities Investigate and analyze cases involving lost, delayed, or damaged parcels. Review transaction records, shipment details, and incident reports to determine accountability. Process disputes and arbitration cases in accordance with company policies and procedures. Document findings, prepare case summaries, and make recommendations for resolution. Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Warehouse, Delivery) to verify information and validate claims. Maintain confidentiality and ensure all investigations are conducted fairly and objectively. Support process improvement initiatives to prevent recurrence of loss or damage cases. Familiar with MS Excel, especially VLOOKUP and Pivot Table. Strong communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
