Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Specialist to join our HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional HR domain knowledge and technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM , with hands‑on experience in configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, and more. This role will partner closely with HR, IT, and Oracle Support teams to ensure the stability, optimization, and continuous improvement of our global HCM system. Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll Interface, Talent, or Recruiting. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and translate them into Oracle configurations and functional specifications. Support quarterly release management—perform impact assessments, regression testing, and production rollout. Maintain configuration workbooks, documentation, and functional design specifications. Support data integrity through validation, data uploads, and audits. Provide day‑to‑day support for end‑user issues, troubleshooting, and resolution. Technical Responsibilities Understand and support HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI/HCM Analytics . Work on Integrations using HDL (HCM Data Loader), REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) where applicable. Support system enhancements, extensions, and automation requests through a structured change‑management process. Collaborate with Oracle Support to investigate and resolve system defects or patch‑related issues. Cross‑functional Collaboration Work closely with HR process owners to standardize and streamline HR processes globally. Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure smooth integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems (e.g., Payroll, ERP, Identity Management). Participate in system projects, new module rollouts, and HR transformation initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related discipline. Experience: 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM in a techno-functional capacity. Proven track record in at least 2–3 major HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Payroll Interface, Recruiting, Talent, or Compensation). Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM data model, HDL, Fast Formulas, Extracts, and Reports. Experience with integration technologies (REST APIs, OIC, or third‑party middleware) is a plus. Prior experience in supporting multi‑country or regional Oracle HCM implementations preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally with HR, IT, and business users. Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s) will be an advantage.
