JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Integration Analyst works directly with clients and internal business partners to lead the implementation of the Solutions suite of products.

The Integration Analyst will act as the primary point of contact for client engagements while leading a project plan and implementing and supervising all onboarding activities through "go-live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Support delivery of solution proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimations.
  2. Continue to grow and build on knowledge about the company’s products, solutions, and related technologies.
  3. Serve as the business analyst/project manager for each client engagement. Lead project scope and timeline to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
  4. Act as the primary client point of contact. Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously. Communicate proactively and regularly with management regarding project updates.
  5. Lead regular project status meetings with clients to provide project status updates as required in client contracts.
  6. Support clients during client test activities. Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully handover to Production Support teams.
  7. Supervise or support transition to operations and support teams after project delivery.
  8. Work with senior team members to conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Provide technical documentation and support materials as needed for successful client implementation.
  10. Support and complete operational readiness activities and modernization exercises for various solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  2. Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  3. Ability to understand complex technical problems and offer practical and innovative solutions.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon to diverse audiences.
  5. Strong presentation skills with experience delivering compelling technical presentations to clients.
  6. Shown ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and craft technical solutions that address their difficulties.
  7. Experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
  8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  10. Proficient in a second language is highly desirable.
  11. Amenable to work in the APAC/EMEA/US schedule.
