About the Role

At Liviti.com.au, we help investors build wealth through property investment—and we’re looking for a Gen AI Multimedia Content Creator to join our team.

This is a remote position, aligned with Australian business hours (morning to afternoon, Philippine Time). The role is perfect for a creative professional who can blend storytelling, design, and advanced AI tools to deliver fast-turnaround, high-quality multimedia content that educates, inspires, and drives engagement across our finance, property, and wealth campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform briefs into engaging, visually impactful content for Liviti campaigns.
  • Produce and edit UGC-style content tailored to property and wealth audiences.
  • Conceptualize, script, design, and edit videos independently.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production process—from idea to delivery.
  • Source, design, and integrate animations, graphics, and video assets.
  • Collaborate with Liviti’s marketing and content teams to ensure brand alignment.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality content on tight deadlines.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by adopting the latest AI tools.
  • Apply strong storytelling, design, and campaign strategy principles.
  • Contribute fresh, innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years’ proven experience in video production and multimedia content creation.
  • A portfolio is required (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
  • Demonstrated expertise in UGC-style content for campaigns.
  • Expert-level proficiency in all of the following (mandatory):
    • Nano Banana
    • Eleven Labs
    • MidJourney
    • Runway
    • Da Vinci Resolve
    • Adobe Premiere Pro AI
    • Illustrator
    • Photoshop
    • After Effects
    • CutPro
    • CapCut AI
  • Bonus: Experience with Sora, advanced text-to-speech platforms, or other emerging AI tools.
  • Skilled in motion graphics, animation, and asset sourcing.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new creative and AI technologies.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and marketing alignment.
  • Able to work independently and proactively while collaborating with the team.
