Job Summary:

The Multimedia Specialist is a creative and technical professional responsible for producing high-quality visual and audio content for the firm. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on creative skills, including graphic design, video editing, photography, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented creator who can elevate our brand's presence across all digital platforms, from social media to internal communications and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Production: Creates a wide range of multimedia assets, including videos, photos, infographics, and motion graphics for social media, email campaigns, presentations, and the company website.
  • Video and Audio Editing: Manages the full video production lifecycle, from shooting and editing to post-production, including sound and visual effects.
  • Creative Support: Collaborates with the marketing and other internal teams to fulfill creative requests for recruitment, internal communications, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Brand Quality Control: Ensures all multimedia content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high level of quality and professionalism.
  • Trend Awareness: Stays updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital content creation and video production to keep the firm's brand fresh and innovative.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a hands-on creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of multimedia work.
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop).
  • Demonstrated experience in video production and professional photography.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of brand identity and digital marketing principles.
