We are seeking a sharp, reliable, and design-savvy Sales EA with Marketing (NZ Real Estate) to support the client’s executive team and coordinate digital brand activities. This full-time, hybrid role combines high-level executive support, digital marketing execution, and internal office coordination.

Executive & Office Support
  • Provide business and executive-level assistance to the Managing Director and Senior team
  • Coordinate calendars, travel, meetings, document preparation, and general office admin
  • Build presentations, proposals, and marketing decks using PowerPoint and Canva
  • Support internal workflows, digital filing systems, and communications
Marketing & Social Media
  • Manage and curate Silo Real Estate’s digital channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, website)
  • Develop and schedule polished, on-brand content using Canva and other tools
  • Assist with light graphic design, listings materials, and property marketing support
Onboarding & Light HR Support
  • Facilitate onboarding for new agents including email, software, and system access setup
  • Maintain records, assist with contractor agreements, and update internal platforms
  • Support basic HR tasks and act as an operational liaison for staff and executive needs
Job Requirements
  • 1–2 years of direct experience in the New Zealand real estate industry
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Professional and clear in both written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and social media tools
  • Able to do basic design work and schedule content
  • Discreet, efficient, and people-oriented

Technical Requirements
  • Equipment is self-provided
  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps
  • Dual Monitor
  • Discretionary bonus - not a 13th month pay
  • Referral Bonus - 70 AUD per successful hire (3rd mark with the client)
