Job Description

Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as a Dialer Administrator . At Sutherland, we aim to foster a dynamic work environment that challenges and rewards our employees. We are looking to add a Dialer Administrator .

Dialer Administrator gets to:
  • Perform daily uploads, downloads, and importing of dialer schedules.
  • Document activities for outbound dialer.
  • Analyze dialer output data to identify potential problems/issues.
  • Run payment reports regularly.
  • Create and update dialing campaigns, filter lists, strategize, and generate reports.
  • Monitor and adjust the performance of dialer systems.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the markets.
Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of dialer systems and auto-dialer operation/concepts.
  • Basic understanding of statistics and the ability to analyze dialer output data.
  • Basic understanding of database design principles, data structures, and optimization.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
