SRE/IT Consultant HyLogic Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines We are looking for a self‑driven IT consultant to join our team in the Philippines. In this role you’ll help ensure service reliability, streamline operational tasks through automation, and collaborate with global teams to drive continuous improvement across the service. Requirements Fresh graduates in technical fields (Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, or similar) are welcome to apply. Consulting mindset and strong written and verbal communication skills. Self‑directing with the ability to communicate findings and make recommendations. Strong desire for continuous improvement and automation; actively seeks opportunities to reduce toil and manual effort. Basic knowledge of supply chain processes. Effective communication with multiple stakeholders. Self‑motivated, ambitious, and adept at multitasking. At least basic experience with PowerShell or SQL. Open mind and eagerness to learn and upskill technical capabilities on different technologies. Problem‑solving and creative thinking abilities. Willing to work or be on‑call on weekends and holidays. Willing to adjust shift schedule when needed. Responsibilities Ensure applications are reliable and available to meet service level agreements. Develop monitoring and automation features that meet reliability and quality targets. Identify, design, and automate manual operations tasks to reduce toil. Provide operation status to customers. Monitor processes, investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective or permanent fixes to prevent recurrence. Create and escale tickets to other teams as needed. Support releases/deployments ensuring reliability/readiness of changes to production. Improve product/service reliability through data analytics to identify improvement areas and ensure appropriate design and safeguards before production release. Leverage software engineering experience, CI/CD pipeline, scripting to manage the application and automate tasks proactively. Align, collaborate, and build relationships with peers, subject‑matter experts, and users to improve knowledge of end‑to‑end SRE reliability engineering practices. Nice to have Additional technology knowledge (Elastic Stack, InfiteData solutions, SAP ECC, APO IBP, HANA, Rulex, Knime, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, RPA). Knowledge of ITIL processes (Problem, Incident, Change Management). Experience with code repositories (GitHub, Azure DevOps). Experience configuring and managing virtual machines (e.g., Azure VMs).
