Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: We value transparency and want to ensure a good fit for both parties. We encourage applicants who are comfortable within the salary range of Php 32,000 to 43,000 to apply.

What will you do as a Data Analyst?

Reporting to the Strategic Planning Manager, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across International Education. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing dashboards for real-time monitoring, planning, and issue identification across teams.
• Conducting strategic data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and insights that inform senior-level decision-making.
• Producing clear, engaging reports tailored for senior stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborating across departments to ensure consistent data practices and contribute to a unified data analyst community.
• Delivering timely reporting for regular and ad-hoc needs, including bespoke insights when needed.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

An ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and collaborative spirit.

Essential:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in data and statistical analysis.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft / Data Analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, Sharepoint)
• Proven experience of developing data dashboards to provide insight and data-driven decision making.
• Demonstratable experience of data analysis of complex data across multiple data sources and platforms
• Ability to effectively communication the results of data analysis to non-data literate stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to evolving challenges and innovative solutions.
