About Our Client A Philippine-based e‑commerce aggregator that builds new direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) brands or acquires and grows existing ones. Job Description Lead the overall business performance of assigned categories and brands, including P&L ownership. Develop and execute category strategies to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets. Manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle: from assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and inventory to sell‑out execution. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, E‑commerce, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure category objectives are met. Analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance. Build strong relationships with brand principals and key retail partners, ensuring alignment on business goals and initiatives. Monitor competitive landscape and recommend actionable insights for pricing, positioning, and marketing. The Successful Applicant Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 4‑6 years of experience in category management, brand management, or trade marketing – preferably in FMCG, retail, or e‑commerce. Strong analytical and commercial mindset; comfortable working with data and market insights. Excellent project management and communication skills.
