Diverse inclusive team celebrating all backgrounds. Your Role Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns; implement, optimize, and analyze performance. Monitor keyword bids, daily/monthly budgets, impression share, quality scores, and other key metrics. Provide creative ad copy suggestions and graphical ad templates to improve effectiveness. Analyze data, prepare performance reports, and communicate optimization recommendations. Track performance dashboards, identify insights and improvement areas. Collaborate with internal teams on development, timelines, results, and continuous optimization. Present campaign strategies, performance updates, and growth opportunities to clients virtually and in person. Prepare client‑facing attribution reports using Search Ads 360 and Google Analytics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years managing SEM/Paid Search campaigns across multiple advertisers. Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and Data Studio. Strong analytical skills for data‑driven decisions. Exceptional attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities. Preferred skills Experience creating, optimizing, and reporting on PPC campaigns with Search Ads 360. Creative thinking and developing new campaign strategies. High integrity, autonomy, and self‑motivation. Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills. About MicroSourcing Over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers.
