This role is equal parts creative and analytical—you’ll develop scroll-stopping ads (alongside graphic designers, photo and video editors), manage budgets, track performance, and continually test to improve results. You’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account teams to ensure every campaign aligns with both performance goals and brand voice. Key Responsibilities: Develop platform-specific paid social strategies aligned with client objectives (awareness, engagement, lead generation, conversions, etc.). Research audience segments, competitor campaigns, and creative trends to inform targeting and messaging. Stay updated on algorithm changes, ad product rollouts, and industry best practices. Campaign Management Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Implement A/B and multivariate testing for creative, copy, audience targeting, and placements. Manage budgets and pacing to ensure efficiency and goal alignment. Partner with designers and copywriters to produce high-performing ads optimized for each platform’s native experience. Optimization & Reporting Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI. Use native ad managers, Google Analytics, and third-party tools to track KPIs. Prepare clear performance reports highlighting insights, successes, and opportunities. Keep detailed budget sheets that track client goals and approvals. Client & Team Integration Collaborate with account managers to align campaigns with larger marketing strategies. Educate clients and team members on paid social best practices and platform updates. Qualifications: 5 years of experience managing paid social campaigns (agency or multi-brand experience preferred). Proven success in delivering measurable ROI across multiple social platforms. Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong understanding of targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking. An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and actions. Excellent proactive communication and collaboration skills. Experience managing budgets of $10K+/month across multiple accounts. Able to self-teach, is resourceful in seeking out solutions to problems Exudes confidence to be client-facing and is not afraid to ask questions to find a deeper understanding. Experience with creative direction or copywriting for paid campaigns. Familiarity with programmatic social ads or social commerce integrations. Knowledge of influencer/creator whitelisting and partnership-based paid strategies.
