Delivery Manager – Salesforce

Overview
Thakral One is expanding its delivery leadership footprint with a global telecom client. You will lead end-to-end application delivery for Salesforce and MuleSoft programs, ensuring agility, quality, and timely deployment while managing risks and cross-team collaboration. This is an opportunity to work in a complex enterprise environment and deliver large-scale transformation with measurable business impact.
The Role.
- Act as the single point of accountability for program delivery across multiple Scrum teams.
- Govern scope, risks, dependencies, and escalations; maintain delivery KPIs.
- Ensure effective sprint planning, velocity tracking, and prioritization with Product Owners.
- Drive release readiness, CAB/CCB approvals, and production deployments.
- Oversee reporting, stakeholder communications, and cadence meetings.
- Secure on-time UAT endorsements and hypercare transitions.
The Expertise.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in IT delivery/program management, with 5+ years in enterprise app transformation.
- Proven leadership of Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams.
- Strong governance, reporting, and risk management skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and MuleSoft delivery models.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and ITBM/OneHub.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation.
Desired Skills:
- Telecom industry background or large-scale system integrator experience.
- Strong knowledge of release/change management processes.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
