As a Senior Product Manager , you will define product vision, oversee roadmaps, and lead cross-functional collaboration. You'll manage discovery, delivery, and optimization to ensure products achieve market adoption, deliver measurable business impact, and create lasting value for users worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with business strategy
• Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive research, and user research
• Develop data-driven product roadmaps with clear business impact projections
• Establish product success metrics and regularly measure/report on ROI
• Lead customer discovery initiatives and user journey mapping
• Define user value propositions and measure satisfaction/adoption metrics
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure exceptional user experiences
• Drive A/B testing and experimentation programs for continuous optimization
• Partner with engineering on feasibility and delivery planning
• Collaborate with PMO on project coordination and stakeholder communication
• Translate business needs into product requirements and manage the product backlog
• Coordinate with customer success and sales for market feedback
• Ensure robust product discovery and validation processes with product leadership
• Lead go-to-market planning to ensure successful launches

Qualifications

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing or related field (Master's preferred)
• Experience in HR technology, workforce management, ecommerce or related domains
• 5+ years in product management with demonstrated success in B2B software products
• Proven track record of leading products from concept to market adoption
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product delivery frameworks
• Experience establishing and measuring product KPIs and business impact
• Experience in organizations undergoing digital transformation

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Cross-functional leadership with engineering, design, and business teams
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms
• Understanding of APIs, data architecture, and system performance considerations
• Experience with user research and customer discovery methodologies
• Proficiency in product analytics tools and data-driven decision making
• Ability to influence and drive a product-led culture
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business functions

Daily Tasks
