JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with hands-on experience as a Google Workspace Administrator to lead the migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Initiating Phase

  • Define project scope, objectives, and high-level requirements.

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop a project charter.

  • Assess organizational readiness and identify key constraints.

Planning

  • Develop a comprehensive project management plan including scope, schedule,cost, quality, communication, and risk management plans.

  • Create a detailed migration roadmap with phased rollout strategies.

  • Collaborate with IT and business units to define technical and functional requirements.

Executing

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement migration activities.

  • Coordinate with internal IT and external vendors for data migration, user provisioning, and system configuration.

  • Manage change control processes and ensure documentation is up to date.

  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.

  • Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts or roadblocks.

  • Oversee testing, validation, and troubleshooting during migration.

  • Coordinate user training and support materials.

  • Leverage GWS Admin expertise to configure domains, manage user accounts, and enforce security policies.

Monitoring & Controlling

  • Track project performance using KPIs and dashboards.

  • Manage scope, schedule, and cost variances through change control processes.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

  • Provide regular status reports to leadership.

Closing

  • Facilitate project closure activities including final acceptance, documentation, and lessons learned.

  • Oversee post-migration support and user adoption initiatives.

  • Ensure knowledge transfer and operational handover to IT support teams.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience as Project Manager and Google Workspace Administrator.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and Google Workspace environment.

  • Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa (Hybrid setup)
