AU Music Quality Control Coordinator (Remote)

Overview

This is a remote position.

About the Role
  • You’ll be at the frontline of music distribution, ensuring that every track, release, and piece of metadata hits platforms like Spotify and Apple Music accurately and on time.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Review & process ~100–120 music releases daily with precision.
  • Check metadata against style guides & industry standards.
  • Identify errors and coordinate fixes with the Artist Support team.
  • Monitor KPIs and help the team hit performance goals.
  • Collaborate with royalties & rights management teams to fight fraud.
  • Support special projects and priority artist releases.
Requirements About YOU
  • Passionate about music and tech-savvy.
  • Calm under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable juggling high volumes without losing accuracy.
  • Great communicator (written & verbal).
About YOUR Work History
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in content, QC, or admin.
  • Familiar with G Suite (Docs, Sheets).
  • Comfortable learning new systems and content management platforms.
