Senior Business Analyst (MAS & BoardLib)

ERNI Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

Location: Ortigas, Mandaluyong City

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3x onsite/week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Manila Time

Type: Contract / Staff Augmentation

This role focuses on delivering major enhancements to IT operations products, including the Management Approval System (MAS) and Board Paper Library (BoardLib), with integration into related systems.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of major enhancements to key IT operations products (MAS and BoardLib) and their integrations.
  • Review and design business processes; elicit functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Support quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, including UAT participation and verification.
  • Prepare and refine requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, developers, and end-users to align requirements and solutions.
  • Define and document business processes in consultation with users and present potential solutions to stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication between stakeholders, clients, and development teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, including 5 years in a senior BA role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking, accounting, or financial services.
  • At least 7 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for managing iterations, user stories, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Technology Stack (SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI).
  • Experience with ITIL best practices, vendor management, and government procurement processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; excellent written and spoken English.
  • Advantage: Understanding of development processes in international organizations.
What you will contribute

The Senior Business Analyst will support the delivery of major enhancements to MAS and BoardLib, with integration into related systems. You will review and design business processes, elicit requirements, and support QA throughout the project lifecycle.
