Senior Consultant / Manager – Strategy & Advisory (Manila)

enablesADVISORY (part of the EnablesGROUP) is a growing boutique consulting business, led by ex Tier 1 and Big 4 senior partners. We specialize in AI enabled value creation and operating model transformations. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant or Manager from a Tier 1 or Tier 1.5 consulting firm to join our Strategy & Advisory practice in Manila . The role focuses on delivering high-impact client advisory engagements to our global client base, while playing a critical role in business development and proposal creation .

You will work directly with senior clients across industries, contribute to shaping strategic solutions, and drive the development of compelling proposals that win new business.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery

  • Lead and manage strategic consulting engagements across various sectors (e.g., public sector, financial services, energy, technology, etc.).
  • Structure and solve complex business problems, delivering insights and recommendations that create tangible value for clients.
  • Be adept at developing complex commercial models and financial business cases.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders, ensuring high-quality delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Guide and coach junior consultants and analysts throughout project lifecycles.
  • Ensure timely, on-budget project execution, managing risks and client expectations.

Proposal Development & Business Development

  • Lead or support the creation of client proposals, RFP responses, and thought leadership materials.
  • Conduct market, industry, and client research to inform proposals and solution design.
  • Collaborate with leadership and practice leads to craft compelling value propositions.
  • Support pipeline development through networking, client interactions, and presentations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of consulting experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 1.5 consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, etc.).
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering consulting engagements.
  • Strong capabilities in problem-solving, analytics, communication, and client management.
  • Demonstrated success in developing winning proposals or business development initiatives.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Manila , with flexibility for travel as needed.
