JOB PURPOSE The Accounts Receivable Officers are responsible for the processing of all accounts receivable invoices. They are tasked with producing timely, complete and accurate sales invoices for the business. They are not responsible for resolving billing issues. JOB DUTIES Timely creation and sending of invoices and credit notes to clients as per the company’s standard operating procedures Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts including invoices and any outstanding balances · Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable and financial transactions. Officers/Associates are responsible for making sure AR is aligned to local entity requirements, surrounding CPOs, currency, tax compliance, descriptions etc. If audit checks fail, the AR Officer engages with the Accounts Receivable Resolutions Specialist to hand across the issue for resolution. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS 2 years’ minimum experience in Accounts Receivable process Proficiency in accounting principles, data entry and record-keeping Attention to details to avoid errors and maintain accurate financial records Ability to create a high volume of invoices, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or relevant course/s Understand accounting principles, financial regulations and the accounts receivable process · Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Knowledgeable in ERP accounting system i.e. SAP, Microsoft 365 AMENABLE TO COMMUTE OR RELOCATE IN ANGELES CITY, PAMPANGA #J-18808-Ljbffr
