Overview

The HR Assistant supports the HR department in various administrative and operational functions. This includes assisting with recruitment, employee relations, record-keeping, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with various departments.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and employee benefits administration.
