As part of Teem’s growing technology team, you’ll support a diverse set of users and systems across multiple platforms. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our infrastructure, resolving issues, and ensuring our team members have the tools they need to do their best work. What You’ll Do Provide technical support for Windows 10/11, MacOS, and Linux systems. Support and maintain the Microsoft ecosystem, including Active Directory and Entra. Manage basic networking tasks (DNS, DHCP, IP configuration, firewalls, VPNs). Assist with VoIP systems and related hardware/software. Use command-line tools (PowerShell, Bash, CMD) for diagnostics and automation. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders. Technical Requirements Experience with Windows 10/11 (required), MacOS (required), and Linux (preferred). Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (required). Understanding of networking basics: DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, firewalls, VPNs, and hardware. Experience with VoIP systems. Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra. Experience using command-line interfaces (PowerShell, Bash, CMD). Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Soft Skills & Qualifications Initiative to solve problems independently. Willingness to research and read documentation. Ability to identify problems and find solutions, even without prior knowledge.
