Overview Associate Data Analyst The Associate Data Analyst will collaborate with Business Analytics Partners, Data Engineers and Data Scientists to improve team data assets and perform ad-hoc analysis to optimize business processes and enhance data-driven decision-making. What the day will look like Technical Mastership Oversee and improve team data assets stewardship to ensure their quality, security, and compliance Perform regular data exploration and analysis to tackle data issues and gaps Assist in data migration, transformation, and validation processes Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends Understand business logic related to products and datasets Apply team's quality and security standards across projects People Collaboration Provide support to other members with effective communication and collaboration Follow agile development processes and team meetings Provide regular updates on project progress and raise any blockers or risks Knowledge Advancement Improve and create technical and onboarding documentation Actively share knowledge with the team Explore and keep up-to-date with new technologies and security trends ACIA Advocacy Participate and contribute to working groups and initiatives in particular related to Data Governance Follow ACIA policies and guidelines Embrace the Aon Values that are foundation of the Aon Culture How this opportunity is different The successful candidate will join the Growth Analytics team based in Singapore, a dynamic and high-energy team, delivering data-driven insights to our leaders to drive performance and support strategic decision making.
