About the Position: Reporting & Data Analyst (Makati) | Onsite
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite at Kalayaan, Makati
Shift: Day shift / 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
(First Saturday of each month is a working day; all other Saturdays and Sundays are days off.)
Key Responsibilities:
Data Reporting & Visualization:
Create, update, and manage dashboards and reports using tools like Excel and native D365 reporting features (Power BI skills are a plus).
Collaborate with various business units to gather reporting needs and develop effective solutions.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and optimal performance of reporting tools.
D365 Data Management:
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and internal enterprise systems (such as Finance & Operations, Sales, etc.).
Maintain data accuracy and consistency within D365 and associated reporting systems.
Process Improvement:
Work with cross-departmental teams to enhance data governance and reporting standards.
Identify gaps in current reports or data workflows and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting Management, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in data reporting, business intelligence, or similar roles.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or relevant modules).
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
