Job Summary: The Data & Analytics Officer is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and performance improvement across SariMall and SariLotto . This role provides actionable insights that help management track progress, evaluate partner and product performance, and identify growth opportunities based on data-driven analysis. Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities Collect, organize, and analyze operational and sales data from SariMall, SariLotto, and partner platforms. Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility on key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate insights to support strategic decisions on sales, marketing, and operational performance. Conduct trend, variance, and correlation analyses to identify areas for business improvement. Coordinate with internal teams and platform providers for data validation and reporting accuracy. Support management in monitoring partner and agent performance through data-driven tracking. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and partners such as PCSO and Skilrock. Assist in the automation of reports and standardization of data collection methods. Ensure data confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with organizational and partner policies. Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to support project evaluations and strategic planning. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting. Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar analytics tools. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience in e-commerce, gaming, or technology industry is an advantage.
