Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Filipino only) – VGreen

Location: National Capital Region, Philippines (Philippines)

Take responsibility for recruiting focus in the Philippines.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
  • Sourcing: Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to source potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates\' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews, including initial phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company\'s employer brand and values through various channels, ensuring a positive representation of V-Green in the job market.
  • Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to HR management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in the SEA region. Proven experience in recruiting for management and C-level positions will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Expert knowledge of all interview, assessment, and selection techniques
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Result oriented, creative, progressive, constant learning spirit
  • Dedicated service spirit, quickly and completely solve problems for colleagues, partners, and customers
