Recruitment Specialist (for Bulk/Volume Hiring) Aickman & Greene is an executive search firm that helps fill positions from rank‑and‑file to executive levels, for both white‑collar and blue‑collar roles. Since November 2012, we have been providing the right talent to different organizations across the Philippines. We are now hiring a Recruitment Officer who can handle bulk or volume hiring for blue‑collar roles. Responsibilities Guide clients on best and suitable Recruitment and Talent Acquisition methods. Manage the entire process of finding, attracting and hiring talent for clients. Understand clients’ search mandates in all perspectives, including business nature, organizational structure, corporate culture, job descriptions, qualification profiles and other relevant information. Interact and discuss search progress with clients, exercising independent judgment and decision relative to clients’ needs and queries. Handle and lead multiple end‑to‑end search assignments. Develop and implement strategies based on client needs. Research competitors and the marketplace. Define job descriptions and document specifications. Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels. Create candidate personas (assessment) for each open position. Conduct thorough interviews and exercise independent judgment in assessing and evaluating candidates. Present shortlisted candidates and detailed candidate profile summaries. Follow up references and conduct credit checks. Represent clients and handle offer negotiations on their behalf. Build long‑term client relationships. Research and develop recruiting leads. Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy. Hit the numerical target assigned to the role each month. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course. At least two (2) years of experience as a Recruiter handling bulk or volume hiring. Experience working in a manpower agency is an advantage. Proven record of successful hires. Strong sense of urgency and good negotiation skills. Good communication and analytical skills. Ability to start immediately.
