Awards Rentokil Initial Philippines is officially ranked in the top three most engaged places to work in the Philippines, as part of the annual Korn Ferry Employee Engagement Awards 2018.Philippine Best Employer Brand Awards 2019.Find out more on Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Executes timely issuance of stock request to support business operational needs Processes stock request & transfer of stocks to other branches outside Manila Maintains right quantity level of supplies/materials at the right time based on approved standards and procedures Conducts daily update of stock cards Ensures stocks are arranged in an organized manner consistent with the service requirement Checks and corrects discrepancy in records and reports to supervising authority Ensures all deliveries are checked accurately against the corresponding delivery notes Ensures all deliveries are correctly signed for and received into the warehouse Conducts monthly physical stock count inventory and report, practices FIFO or LIFO for stock issuance as appropriate Maintains and updates daily inventory entries Provides updates on stock expiry dates, slow moving items, stocks with critically low inventory levels; recommends/takes actions for disposition Reviews and analyses stock consumption of branches for the quarterly update of minimum stock level per branch Ensures all required reports and returns are prepared accurately, submitted on time and in line with the business requirements, both local and regional Ensures timely entry of all data and upkeep of records Maintains records of goods ordered and received and ensure accuracy of data Maintains tidiness of the warehouse and orderly storage of stock at all times Do you have what it takes?
