Overview Assistant Manager, Production at Jollibee Group. The role focuses on ensuring efficient and smooth production operations, delivering the right quantity and quality of products at the right time and at the lowest possible cost. Responsibilities Implements inventory control procedures to ensure usage of the right amount of materials. Analyzes equipment performance and recommends maintenance to ensure proper functioning; submits maintenance jobs to EMD as needed. Analyzes production data and performance and implements process and procedure improvements to increase production efficiency. Executes effective production scheduling and manpower planning. Implements monitoring and reporting systems detailing key parameters for all processes, equipment, and personnel-related activities; ensures accurate and timely submission of reports. Works in close coordination with QA (quality issues), Inbound Logistics (material requisitions), EMD (maintenance concerns), and HR (manpower issues). Approves personnel requests for leaves and shift changes in accordance with company guidelines. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Engineering (preferably Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Management). At least 2 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry; open to roles in non-food manufacturing settings with machine troubleshooting background and familiarity with SAP. Required certification courses for GMP and HACCP. Willing to work onsite in Mandaue, Cebu.
