Overview Ensure that all services comply with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee the administrative and daily operations of the diagnostic clinic, including supervision of staff duties. Provide overall supervision and disseminate information to clinic staff regarding updates and/or changes in company protocols. Supervise all Clinic Officers-in-Charge (OICs) and lead regular staff meetings. Develop and implement an effective inventory control system to ensure timely procurement of necessary office and clinic supplies. Address and resolve patients’ complaints promptly and professionally. Support clinic staff in preventing, minimizing, and resolving clinical and ethical issues that may arise. Assist in the development and implementation of new policies, procedures, and projects. Develop strategic plans to promote business growth and service improvement. Review and approve employee timesheets for bi-monthly payroll processing. Train and orient new clinic staff as needed. Maintain confidentiality and exercise prudence in handling trade secrets and sensitive company information. Requirements Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field Experience Level: 3–5 years in a clinical management role Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of healthcare practices, proficiency in ECG interpretation Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership and communication skills, problem-solving abilities Working Conditions: Fast-paced healthcare environment, potential for on-call responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
