Overview

  • Ensure that all services comply with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the administrative and daily operations of the diagnostic clinic, including supervision of staff duties.
  • Provide overall supervision and disseminate information to clinic staff regarding updates and/or changes in company protocols.
  • Supervise all Clinic Officers-in-Charge (OICs) and lead regular staff meetings.
  • Develop and implement an effective inventory control system to ensure timely procurement of necessary office and clinic supplies.
  • Address and resolve patients’ complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support clinic staff in preventing, minimizing, and resolving clinical and ethical issues that may arise.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new policies, procedures, and projects.
  • Develop strategic plans to promote business growth and service improvement.
  • Review and approve employee timesheets for bi-monthly payroll processing.
  • Train and orient new clinic staff as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise prudence in handling trade secrets and sensitive company information.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
  • Experience Level: 3–5 years in a clinical management role
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of healthcare practices, proficiency in ECG interpretation
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership and communication skills, problem-solving abilities
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced healthcare environment, potential for on-call responsibilities
