Vertiv, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, is looking for a Senior HR Offboarding Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end offboarding processes globally. POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Coordinator partners closely with the HR Supervisor and other stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high‑quality employee exit experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Process Management & Compliance – Oversee all offboarding activities from notice through final exit; manage property return, system access removal, clearance, exit interviews, and final compensation. Maintain standardized offboarding checklists and templates across all departure types. Partner with Payroll/Finance to ensure timely release of final compensation and severance in compliance with local regulation. Track and communicate repayment obligations, claw‑backs, and recoveries. Transition Management – Support project transition activities, prepare information for regular cadence meetings, and recommend optimization of transitioned activities. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication – Maintain weekly/monthly offboarding metrics; prepare compliance audit or ad hoc reports; communicate with all stakeholders; resolve complex cases. Identify inefficiencies or risks; lead improvement initiatives; update SOPs, checklists, and work instructions. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–4 years’ experience in HR offboarding or employee lifecycle roles. Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HRIS and ticketing tools preferred. Understanding of employee separation legal/compliance issues, payroll/benefits finalization, asset management, access revocation. Excellent organizational skills, detail‑orientation, and ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines. Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) and strong stakeholder management skills. Experience in transition or project management is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
