We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly within the outsourcing and BPO industries. Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source high-quality candidates with the necessary skills and experience for BPO and outsourcing roles.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into their roles.
• Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment, particularly within the BPO and outsourcing sectors.
• Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically within the outsourcing and BPO industries.
• Recruitment Skills: Strong experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the outsourcing and BPO sectors, including the specific skills and qualifications required for various roles.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR software.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and hiring managers to achieve recruitment goals.
