Call Center Agent – Overview
Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, provide information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. They may assist with reservations and are sometimes involved in sales.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with complaints and questions via various channels.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Take orders and process returns.
- Help customers understand the product and reservations; may support sales efforts as appropriate.
- Explicit expectations: specific targets that customers seek when engaging with the product or service.

- Dynamic performance expectations.

- Experience as a Customer Service Representative: 1 year (preferred).
- Language: English (preferred).
Php22,000.00 – Php35,000.00 per month.
Job Locations / Site Details- Taguig City; Mandaluyong; Makati; Ferram Media; Eastwest Bank locations (PBCom Makati).
- Relocation or reliable commute required as specified per site.
- 8 hour shift; flexible shift; holidays; overtime; weekends.
- Job types: Full-time, Permanent.
- 13th month salary; bonus pay; overtime pay; performance bonus; yearly bonus; commission (where applicable).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) considered.
- Experience: Call Center or Customer Service Representative: 1 year (preferred).
- Language: English (preferred).
