En Acciona, línea de negocio de Construcción , buscamos un/a Head of Commercial and Project Control para liderar la estrategia comercial y de control de proyectos en Filipinas . Liderarás todos los aspectos comerciales del proyecto: administración contractual con cliente y socios JV. Garantizarás el control del margen interno: previsiones de ventas vs costes, desviaciones y evolución. Coordinarás reportes de control de costes, cash-flow y proyecciones financieras. Negociarás contratos y gestionarás el desempeño comercial de los subcontratistas. Alinearás las áreas de control de proyectos, finanzas, planificación y técnica para asegurar una gobernanza comercial sólida. Serás parte activa de la gestión de riesgos y planes de mitigación financiero-comercial. Perfil que buscamos 12–15 años de experiencia en grandes proyectos de infraestructuras, incluyendo roles en obra (Construction Manager o equivalente). Sólida experiencia en gestión contractual con clientes (idealmente bajo FIDIC), reclamaciones y gestión de cambios. Conocimientos en control de costes, forecasting y análisis financiero. Experiencia con subcontratistas y en entornos internacionales/joint ventures. Excel avanzado y herramientas de control de costes (ERP es un plus). Disponibilidad para expatriación o rotación internacional.
