We’re currently looking for: HRBP Manager
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
- Conducting weekly meetings with respective business units.
- Consulting with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Partnering with the legal department as needed/required.
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.)
Desired Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, in any field.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience.
- Extensive labor relations experience.
- Familiarity with C&B, Organizational Development, payroll and timekeeping software, and payroll processes.
- Familiarity with HR Systems (Workday).
- Effective communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing at least 500 FTEs is a must.
- Must be willing to work at night and in Ortigas and Cubao area.
