We’re currently looking for: HRBP Manager

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

1. Conducting weekly meetings with respective business units.
2. Consulting with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
3. Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
4. Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
5. Conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
6. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
7. Partnering with the legal department as needed/required.
8. Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.)

Desired Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, in any field.
2. At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience.
3. Extensive labor relations experience.
4. Familiarity with C&B, Organizational Development, payroll and timekeeping software, and payroll processes.
5. Familiarity with HR Systems (Workday).
6. Effective communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
7. Experience in managing at least 500 FTEs is a must.
8. Must be willing to work at night and in Ortigas and Cubao area.
