This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent management, compliance, employee relations, and a proven ability to lead and mentor an HR team. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This includes talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to career development and offboarding. Ensure all HR practices and policies are in compliance with labor laws. Develop, update, and maintain company policies and procedures. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on a wide range of HR matters. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issue. Lead and manage administrative operations, including office management, vendor relations, and procurement. Develop and manage the HR and administrative budget. Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics. Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of HR and administrative professionals. Qualifications: Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Devt. Mgmt., or any 4-year Business course. With minimum 8 years professional experience, 5 years of which in a leadership role. Knowledgeable in all HR facets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Has a passion in helping people and organizations. Willing to work in North Caloocan City. #J-18808-Ljbffr
