The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Translate scripts and storyboards into well-designed learning videos, the production of which involves: 2D animation using cloud-based software, screen capturing, and basic audio and video editing; as detailed by the storyboard, course design, and branding and standards from the client.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with the Instructional Designers, the Project Manager, other team members, and stakeholders.
  • Provide deliverables, with quality and on-time, as defined in the project plan and timeline.
  • Attend both internal and external meetings as needed as required by the Bihasa Project Manager.
  • Assist in Bihasa’s creative needs through the creation of collaterals and other deliverables that may involve layout skills, photo manipulation, original illustration, and basic video editing.
Ideal Profile
  • Excellent eye for design and understanding of design principles
  • Literacy in various video-editing and animation software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, PowToon, Toonly, Vyond, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn various e-Learning authoring tools (Articulate, h5p, iSpring)
  • Adaptability and openness to exploring new technologies
  • Demonstrates good problem-solving and initiative
  • Great communication skills
