We are seeking a dynamic and strategicDirector of People & Culture to play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our organization as we grow beyond 350 employees. You will lead the development of a flat, high-performance culture and build a strong leadership pipeline focused on cultivating impactful player-coaches across the business.

  • Shape and nurture a flat, high-performance culture aligned with organizational values and growth ambitions.
  • Develop and implement leadership development programs to build a robust pipeline of player-coaches.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and elevate employer branding to attract top talent in a fast-scaling tech environment.
  • Standardize compensation frameworks and leveling systems to ensure fairness, transparency, and competitiveness.
  • Implement and manage modern HR technology stacks including recruitment platforms and HRIS systems.
  • Lead recruitment initiatives hands-on, including corporate PR and employer branding efforts to boost talent acquisition.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience shipping engagement programs that improved retention and employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS).
  • Experience building and managing compensation frameworks for organizations with 300+ employees.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting and HR technologies such as Willo, Greenhouse, BambooHR, or Lever.
  • Strong background as a recruiter and corporate PR/employer branding leader.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
